By default, when you start the Chrome browser, it opens a window that displays the Quick Access page (also called the home page or homepage), but if you want, you can set Chrome to always open your previously opened tabs from your previous session every time you start the Chrome browser.

To have the pages you viewed when you quit Chrome open each time you launch the browser, click the Google Chrome Settings and Controls icon in the upper-right corner of the browser window and select Settings from the menu that opens.

Then, under “On startup,” select Continue where you left off.

Now every time you start your browser, the previously opened tabs from your previous session will open.

In the event of a software glitch, browser crash, or unexpected power outage, Chrome allows you to restore the pages you were visiting before the problem occurred.

Chrome browser will offer to restore pages (previous session) as soon as you launch it after a crash.
