By default, the taskbar is located at the bottom of the display. But if necessary, you can attach it to any border of the display: left, right, top or bottom.
How to change taskbar position in Windows 10
To customize the taskbar layout, right-click on the taskbar, and in the context menu that appears, select Taskbar settings.
This will open the personalization settings window on the Taskbar tab, on the right side of the window click on the drop-down list Taskbar location on screen
And select your desired taskbar location Left, Top, Right, Bottom
